In this case, we proposed an optimal plan tailored to the site conditions, achieving both cost reduction and efficiency. 【Case Overview】 Target: Wood chip storage pit, wood chip transfer line Objective: To carry out repairs for dust explosion prevention on the wood chip transfer line 【Equipment Used & Work Details】 Equipment: Powder suction vehicle Procedure: The powder suction vehicle was used to vacuum the wood chip storage pit and discharge it to a separate yard via dump-up. 【Results】 Number of workers: 3 Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Amount recovered: Approximately 80m³ (over 3 days) Effect: We were able to empty the storage pit in 3 days prior to the repair work on the transfer line for dust explosion prevention.
